Disclaimer:

All of our goods are handmade to order so they may vary slightly in look, size, shape, and pattern placement. Each good is unique in their own way and we only send out what we would want our pup Kobe to wear - nothing but the best.

 

Processing Time:

Our current processing time is 2-10 business days. We try our best to get your goods to you as soon as possible but please keep in mind that all of our goods are handmade and shipped out by one person.

Once you place your order, we will work on it as soon as we can. You will not get an email update until the shipping label is created and is ready to be shipped out. 

 

Shipping Policy:

Shipping rates will vary depending on your shipping location. All continental US orders should arrive within 3-7 business after your shipping date. You will receive all relevant information once we have shipped your purchase. 

Please be sure to double check your shipping address as Dood Goods is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address.

Dood Goods has no control over transit times and what happens during transit once packages are given to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost or  arrived damaged, a claim with will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

Because every good is made to order at Dood Goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to measure your dog’s neck and double check your order prior to placing it. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can best assist you.
