How long does it take to receive an order?

We are just as excited for you to receive your goods! Please note that our goods are handmade to order, so it may take up to 2-10 business days for us to send your order (excluding shipping time). Shipping time can vary depending on where you are located within the US, but is typically 3-7 business days.

 

How do I know what size bandana my dog needs?

Picking the right size bandana for your dog is important not only for the comfort of your dog, but because our goods are made to order and unable to be returned. We highly recommend visiting our size guide to help you decide which size will fit your dog best.

 

Do you have a brand rep program/codes?

Not at this time. Please stay tuned to our Instagram for any updates.

 

Can I use multiple discount codes?

You can only use one discount code per order at this time.

Can I make changes to an order after placing it? 

If you need to adjust your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate it. Due to the nature of our small business being made to order goods, we cannot guarantee that we will be able make any changes after you place an order.

 

Can I wash my bandana?

Yes! We recommend hand washing your bandana with room temperature soapy water and laying it flat to air dry. Feel free to iron if needed to, but avoid the snaps.

How do I care for my tag?

Be cognizant of keeping your dog’s tag dry. If the writing on your tag starts to fade, fill it in with black permanent marker, let it sit for 20 minutes, then rub off with rubbing alcohol on a soft (cotton or micro fiber) cloth. Scratches and dents are bound to occur, especially if your dog is more active. To re-polish the metal, use super fine grade (#0000) steel wool and wipe clean with a soft (cotton or micro fiber) cloth and some rubbing alcohol.

Each good is handmade to order in Brooklyn, New York. This means each good is unique and may have slight variations.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the US and it’s territories only.
